Here's your checklist to make sure you are ready for the year!
- PTA Membership / Student Directory
- Volunteer Interest Google Form
- Birthday Marquee Ad
- Celebration Book Club
- Spirit Wear Items FOR ALL K-8 and their families
- PTA Waiver – REQUIRED, one per FAMILY-- This is the ONLY one that needs to be printed and returned.
- CAC Email List (for parents of children with IEPs at AV)
- Order Your Yearbook
- Middle School Specific Spirit Wear Paper Order Form*
*Please Note--Middle School will be heading online too for ordering, but not until later this fall. Stay tuned for more updates on that!* For now, please print and turn in the form with your check.
